Notice of Annual General Meeting

 6:30pm Monday 25th September 2017, Lochinver Village Hall, Community Room

The Annual General Meeting is being called by the Directors of the Assynt Community Association.

This meeting is open to all those resident in the community of Assynt, but only members of ACA Ltd can participate in voting. Membership forms will be available at the meeting, available for download (https://assynt-cdt.org/join-assynt-community-association) or in advance by emailing; boydhalexander@gmail.com

All directors are standing down at this AGM and voting will take place for a new board.  All current directors are standing for re-election. Any member entitled to attend and vote at the AGM may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead.

Members of the public are welcome to attend, but cannot participate in any vote unless a member of the association.

Nomination of any person as an elected Director, who shall be an Ordinary Member shall be in writing on the Nomination Paper for the Election of Directors obtainable from boydhalexander@gmail.com  and be returned by email not less than five days prior to the AGM. Alternatively this can be hand delivered to registered office (The Mission, Culag Park, Lochinver IV27 4LE – please leave with VisitScotland desk).
